With my kid on my shoulders, I is a visual poem made of snapshots.
With my kid on my shoulders, I is a performance for mobile phones.
With my kid on my shoulders, I is an ode to daily routine in contemporary cities.
With my kid on my shoulder,s I is an emotional map of ways in which people live the city.
Using my body and with my kid on my shoulders I walk the streets and with my kid on my shoulders I capture my walking with my mobile phone, producing snapshots of the journey. With my kid on my shoulders I design a new map made of citizens’ perceptions of experiencing life in a city.
Following my aesthetic concept of low tech images for the capture, I use only my mobile phone, programming ISO levels in the camera to create a juxtaposition of movement in the image. Images will then be printed as snapshots and put together in an installation piece.
